This is weird. They just opened at 10 am. It’s 1 pm. Is there only one person working? If not, did they ALL leave to lunch? Couldn’t they order DoorDash? Why close the store? Another customer outside said it’s been closed for almost 2 hours. Not cool, guys.

5.11 not only has amazing products that fill all of your tactical needs but also has Outstanding customer service. 10 times out of 10 someone has always been there to help me with every single question I have. Danny was in store today and immediately approached me with assistance. His knowledge and expertise in the gear helped me select my very first tactical plate carrier. I couldn’t be more excited with my purchases and will always recommend 5.11 tactical to my family and friends. Thank you again Danny! Keep up the great work!🙏💪🇺🇸

I went to this location after the one on San Pedro told me that they did not accept cash money as payment - I had money burning a hole in my pocket however the employee at the San Pedro store shook her head in a NO fashion at me so I drove to this location to put cash into the register in order to make a purchase of an item. I will think long and hard before I go back in order to patronize that business as I work hard for my money - Benchmade blades are nice and they're not cheap.

Outstanding customer service. The store is large and has plenty of tactical options to suit your style. I got myself an impressive Watch jacket on sale!

Store employee was super helpful. Any question I asked she had the answer for. Very knowledgeable in all the products 5.11 offers. Good Job Megan keep up the hard work. 👏 I believe that was her name if not please forgive me. 🙏

Danny is super helpful and super sweet. He knows everything about the items and Helped me as soon as I got there. Helped me get my pants I wanted and some extra stuff I liked. I was not into the idea of a tactical store for items, but he changed my mind. They carry some cool stuff and will probably be back to get some shoes I liked and some other stuff.

Been to this location several times and every time I get the same excellent customer service! This past time I wanted a new hood in a specific tan color but they didn't have it in stock. One of the employees was able to track it down at another location and have it shipped to this location for no extra fee. I get my work and personal gear here and they have all kinds of cool things for everyone. Definitely recommend this store location!🤘

Today 03/11/2023–Chris and Becky were amazing and so helpful! My experience today was above any I have had at any retail store that I have been at! They helped me with all my shopping needs and went above and beyond what they needed too. If you ask my opinion, they deserve a raise immediately!!!

One of the best customer service, Tony was very understanding, giving really good feedback! and recommending the best products (Boots) for sell! honesty I could go to The 281 location or 1604, but both locations offered little to no help when coming for information, Will be coming back to this location because of the great customer service!

First time at this location. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff. Tony approached and asked how he can help. Respectful and patient while I shopped for boots and accessories for a new job. Definitely will be making this my home store.
