I do instacarts and they are very helpful helping me find the alcohol quickly so I can deliver it
They know their business enjoy going there, especially when I'm not knowledgeable about certain things as I did with the Super Bowl. , bought some new spirits because the young lady was very helpful and had a taste test their and very knowledgeable about your product. I enjoyed her. This was the ABC Liquors on Lanes Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, very good customer service.
I have a issue when you have a employee with a bad attitude, very disrespectful, and refuses to help a 82 woman get a couple of bottles on the counter that are right there in arms reach, because "its not her job" , and they are "not allowed" to "help" customers with the items in their cart. 30 plus years my mother has been coming to your store same location, and not once has ever been treated so poorly. It takes years to build trust and loyalty, and a minute to loose it. The Red Head that did not provide my mother with her receipt she asked for, and treated her so poorly needs to be retrained if she is going to be the face that represents your establishment. My mother at 82 years old should always be treated with dignity and respect.
Cool spot, nice selection of liquors and great staff but whoever chooses the selection of beers needs a bit of variation. There's just so many local breweries with such large selections that it really can't be a tall ask to keep a variety of beers in a place like this :x
Always a very clean location, with friendly staff. I was in today and a customer said something very unwarranted, and not one but 2 employees personally apologized to me and stood up for me. Will definitely consider myself a repeat customer from now on.
I came in to purchase a bottle of Patron Silver, the box on the shelf is empty however the price on the shelf read $41.99 I proceeded to the cashier to inquire about a miniature and that same size as the empty box on the shelf (they keep it behind the counter hence the empty. Box on the shelf) and was informed they were out of miniatures so I said just the larger one .. When the cashier scanned the price was $2 more than the shelf price, when I question WHY is it different he responded they do not change the shelf price only the prices behind the counter!!!! WHAT kind of foolishness is that??? I told him that was VERY misleading and I should be charged the shelf price (I know the EMPTY box is not $41.99!!!) He just looked at me as if to say you want it or not - I completed the purchase for $43.99 though I feel it is wrong to post one price and charge another!!!
Quick quiet had what I needed
Clean, well stocked, friendly staff. They even had a guy giving out free samples of select spirits! What more could you ask for? After he caught on to me changing hats and reversing my shirt I had to actually buy something. But I got a jump on the night for sure.
Very organized store, always presentable on the sales floor, but no deals or value to speak of. I will likely return as there is no real liquor store for miles around this one.
Helpful staff , a variety of wines , spirits, beer and cigars. I will return .
