I've used alsco for 15 years for my spa. I love their service. The provide all the linens so we don't have to buy/replace them. They are reliable and do a great job. They have towels, robes, sheets, as well as mop heads and cleaning supplies. They are super responsive and helpful if we ever have last-minute needs. I have a dedicated manager who always returns my texts right away when I need something. Great company.
I have been a customer of Health Assure by Alsco for 4 years. I want to be clear regarding the service they provide, it is a good service as far as cleaning the garments and linens. We reached a point where we decided to bring the laundering back in-house by installing a washer/dryer into our facility. I went to discontinue my service with Health Assure by Alsco and they promptly brought to my attention I was 'locked' into a 5 year contract. So if you need linen services they will do a good job but do negotiate the term to fit your business needs. I don't feel they were straightforward with me and I do not agree with how they have handled my request for discontinuing their service. I attempted to cancel this about a year ago and reached out again to inquire about cancelation. So I get to pay them for 2 years for nothing. As an owner of multiple businesses myself, that is not the way I treat my customers and thought anyone considering this service should be aware of this company's unreasonable contract terms.
Lisa at Alsco and Roland our delivery man are amazing. I call in 911 linen needs sometimes and together they always take care of us. In these times good customer service is hard to find and I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide.

The rep who does our pickup and delivery is a great guy. Leo is always on top of our needs and is always willing to get us whatever it is we need, always with a smile on his face. His manager Jack has also been a great person to work with. He listened to our needs and made sure we were heard and taken care of. Great team.
