As first-time product creators, we couldn’t have asked for a better manufacturing partner. From day one, this team patiently walked us through every step of the process—from R&D and prototyping to production and shipping directly to Amazon. They were incredibly communicative, responsive, and willing to educate us along the way. What really impressed us was their ability to take our rough ideas and early samples and turn them into high-quality, production-ready prototypes. Sunny will say that she "tried to work with me" but here's my experience: Dec 2024 I walked in the door after some emailing with samples and an idea. Sunny and Jody seemed receptive to the idea. I stressed that I needed a partner in this as I've never done any textiles before and I was looking to launch in June. Sunny helped find a fabric supplier and we started working on designs. After the first sample she refused to give me a quote, we made changes, still refused to give me a quote. I finally told her my target to which she said no way and doubled the price bragging about how she ripped off another client with something much simpler for the same price. I said fine, I was planning to use them to launch and pivot to a more cost competitive supplier down the road since the launch timing was critical. Apparently custom zippers take 8 weeks to get, this was the kind of information I was hoping my supplier who is the expert in textil fabrication could inform me of... but this was the beginning of a series of failures. Jody regularly takes weeks off at a time with no available back up person, and come april when I asked for commitment that we were making the June timing Sunny turned on the unprofessionalism and said my professional request for cost and timing was "attacking" her and she asked why they had to "work under duress." She doubled down by calling to verbally say all this to me.... I asked if there were any business questions to which she said no.... so needless to say we did not move forward. so I spent close to $1500 with them for a project that they said yes to all the way until rubber met the road and they don't provide tech packs or anything I can use to go to a different supplier, so I was left high and dry. I think it was incredibly unprofessional to refuse to give a quote until I gave my target price, and her entire handling of what her customers are supposed to know in her mind. she then took 2 weeks to ship my stuff back. If you were making a super simple T shirt, already have all the raw materials, labels, etc and don't care when you get it or how much it costs, I'm sure they'd be great.... anything else, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Sunny and have team have provided excellent service. The quality is top notch, and they always keep me informed. Each project I have collaborated with them on has been a great experience. They continue to meet some tough deadlines and do their best to work with me to accomplish my goals! They have exceeded my expectations and more importantly trustworthy!
My experience with Sunny and Jody has been such a pleasant and easy process! They have been nothing but helpful and supporting of my ideas and are making my visions come to life. As someone with no background in the clothing industry they have been very patient in helping me learn what goes into the manufacturing process. I am so glad to be working with them and am very eager and excited to finalize the project we are working on!
I had high hopes and really wanted to work with someone locally. I sent my techpacks and followed up multiple times. They had plenty of time to respond, yet I heard nothing. Complete lack of professionalism. I had to go elsewhere. I do not recommend them.
