My poor father doesn’t speak English that well. He has been scammed by this company because he never consent for them to give him life insurance. We never saw this company name before and his retirement income taxable is charged $3553!!! Why would you do that to someone? How ignorant is this company!?
I've been trying to get my paperwork now for over 3 weeks they told me it was shipping out on Tuesday of last week so I waited a week called them back only to be told it won't go out it's still hung up and I can't get a hold of anybody on the phone to tell me when I will receive the paperwork that I need to sign. I now know why they call it united life insurance I will have to die in order to get any money out of them. I have a supervisors name Shaun that I was given earlier today ( I left Shaun a very nice voice message ) waiting patiently for Shawn to call me back. I will keep posting my disappointment as the days go by so stay tune people i'm giving them an opportunity to go from one star up to two stars ..
They can transfer the money from your account into theirs the same day. If you intend to use the funds that are rightfully yours that you have invested with them, don't expect the same in return. Still waiting on my funds requested from 2 weeks ago. I used this as an emergency backup for a rainy day. The rainy day is here and they will not transfer the funds back in a timely fashion. The folks that answer the phone all the way up to the top are incompetent and apparently have no motivation to help the clients they were hired to assist. Why invest any further into a company that is so lousy?
I have called many times since February 2024 to simply get the physical check changed into auto deposit. Today I was put on hold three different times for three different people and then the call was dropped
Should you be considering an investment with American United Life Insurance, I can 100% recommend that you find any other insurance company. It takes an act of God to get get the policy that you have already purchased, the online information that they have in "your account" is useless. Their phone team is terrible, doesn't listen to anything you say, and don't give a flying flip about helping you out with the most basic of information. This has been my experience with many and all of the people on the phone. Take your money / investment elsewhere. You may think your agent cares about you, but I assure you, this company has it all wrong.
I have had a whole life policy since 1994 and over the years I have watched my dividends decrease to extremely low levels I called to discuss this and a supervisor was to call me back of course they didn’t I would not recommend anyone to buy live insurance fro AUL
Husband hasnt had a life insurance policy with them for 13 years. Company is refusing to provide proof of cancelation (even though they found it in their system as canceled). Two children ages 1 and 5 now losing Medicaid coverage because company is refusing to comply with documentation proof.
