I always like coming here. The staff is super friendly. I'm always looking for something different and choose to come here before going to a chain thrift store. Only thing is that it would be more convenient if there was a pet item section rather than items scattered throughout the store.
Tons of clothes in one great place. Great staff. Monday pres day 50% off EVERTHING. Seniors get a 25% discount off of items every monday. Some furniture. Great kids clothes. Plenty in crafts , books, and kitchen . lamps etc. IF YOU DONT GO YOU'LL MISS OUT. As I was leaving people were bringing more of everything in. Look for the color on the tag it could be a percentage off. Happy thrifting
AmVets on Elvis Presley Blvd. has been keeping house, fresh paint, new lights overhead, employees pulling old stock to make room for the new/new. They have racks and racks of children's costumes, many NWT, still in packaging. Many ideas for adult costumes that would be FUNctional, as well as thrift and upcycled. With sticky back velcro tabs, a hot glue gun and some gorilla tape YOU can be anything from a Bratz doll to giant 🍩 donut. Hosting Thanksgiving? Need to pull a Martha 'n Snoop? They have many sets of China to mix 'n match and salt and pepper shakers galore, tablecloths and runners for every special holiday. 🎂 🎃 🎄
This place always has great items! I always find MORE than what I'm looking for! Customer service is excellent as well! Thanks for staying around when all of summer ave stores have disappeared!!!
Prices to high for second hand store
This store is very clean & organized. The clerks are nice & friendly. This merchandise is used. But so is Goodwill & many stores of this category. If you are in the market for gently used merchandise for lower reasonable prices. This is the place to shop.
EVERYTIME I go there I find something intriguing, beautiful, Wonderful! Middle of the night and looking at a cute musical treasure find. Now I don't know what it plays, but I love LOVE the music! 👍♥️♥️♥️
I literally go in 3-4 times a week. It relaxes me and Dee, Tee, Linda, and Ron are so amazing and friendly. I don’t need another item, but this store gets such beautiful items.
This was such a fabulous thrift store!! I spent over 200 dollars here and their prices were cheap. We got a cart full of dresses, two fabulous coats and some fun odds and ends. Will visit here again when I’m in Memphis. (Wearing a few of our scores)
We went to AMVETS looking for flower vases and they did not disappoint! Not to mention the super friendly staff that works there. I probably got 16-20 vases and a water bottle for $20
