Dorian solved our scanning issue where scans were going to junk mail. No matter the issue Dorian always works through it quickly and efficiently.
Your team is one of the most helpful and kind tech folks I have ever dealt with. They are thorough and prompt with getting back to me when help is needed. I am older and not the most “techy” person around and your team never talks down or makes me feel uncomfortable. They are the best!!!
Arnet Technologies IT services and support is excellent. Their support center is easy to reach, they respond very quickly and address the issues in a timely manner. Dorian Wills has helped me in resolving lot of my IT issues. He is friendly and easy to work with. He is very efficient in resolving the issues. He always gets the issues resolved in the same day and for any issues that need more time and resources, He will reach out to those resources, keeps us updated and get the job done. He is excellent!
