I bought a t shirt for the first time as I was excited to find a business that had really nice designs that represented my faith, everything was fine until I could no longer track my parcel which I am in Australia so I knew it was take a while to come so I decided to contact AOH as that's what they state on their email to do if you have any questions, I got a reply to assist me in trying to locate my package which they said they'd do but I am yet to receive any further update or reply from them even after commenting on their instagram page so I'm disappointed in their lack of communication and help and had to contact external parties myself to find where my package is. If they could get this improve then I'd probably buy from them again, until then, no.
Love the brand, stopped by the warehouse to pickup a few items. (Was on my list of things to do while in the Dallas area!!!). Staff was super friendly and helpful with assisting my wife and I.
Just another company/trend trying to make quick cash and can careless about the customers... SAD CASE UPDATE - TODAY IS DEC 12, 2024 9 MONTHS LATER THE COMPANY IS JUST NOW RESPONDING TO THE NEGATVE REVIEW... BUT MENTIONED THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.. ( GET LOST )
Everything that I have received from AOH has been above my expectation!!
It is nice finding a Christian clothing line that puts out an amazing product. I have ordered from AOH a number of times and will continue to do so.
Repeat customer - always quality clothes, great service and honourable when it comes to sorting out issues.
