ASPIRE HEALTH INC.

They are negligent and lack empathy and accountability. The facility my mother in law was at lost her body after passing. They told us she went to one location (not the location we arranged for her to go to) but she was not at the location they claimed she went to. They were no assistance in finding her and just said to call hospice even though Maggie at aspire Central Park was the one who called the incorrect funeral home and claims to have no knowledge of calling the wrong facility. She was also unable to tell us who signed and authorized the pick up and never noticed the wrong company picked her up. As if that wasn’t bad the funeral home they sent her to demanded $475 to release the body. She offered no help in finding her or resolving the issue of getting her to the correct location. As if losing a loved one is not bad enough we spent the day tracking down where her body was. And the only thing she could tell us was call hospice the coordinated it even though she was the one who called the incorrect funeral home and she admitted to “googling the phone number”. Beware sending your loved ones, they have no empathy or compassion nor accountability.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I have been trying to assist a friend of mine who has been attempting to arrange services for her husband who was recently put on palliative care. When she reached out to this provider, as she was directed to do so by her insurance, they were very rude and condescending. She spoke with several intake personnel who were less than helpful. This company is all about money, NOT patient care or customer service! If I could give advice, please hire intake employees who actually care about people going through difficult times in their lives considering they serve palliative/hospice patients and families.

BEWARE! They will contact adult protective services for slightest things that not previous agencies or providers concidered and turn your families lives upside down and into legal bankruptcy! Instead of doing their part, they call APS to takeover! They will use courts to turn your lived one into mentally unfit when your loved one is capable and demands they do not want to go to assisted living! I am going to have PTSD trying to protect my mother after this is all done. Run from this agency!!!! Then when I call to get locations of people involved to have them served for civil case against them they have gone on vacation and are nowhere to be found. PLEASE DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS FRAUDULENT AGENCY!!

Family member is bedridden. Aspire does nothing to help. They do vitals & ask about medication & if he's eating & drinking. They do NOT help bathe, shave, comb hair, feed, turn/reposition. The DON'T help with toileting or even wash their face. They do not check for pressure sores or change bandages. The family could easily take vital signs so not sure why they even come.

Aspire was very warm and compassionate to my husband. They were there to answer any questions we may have had. We couldnt have had anyone more professional and caring to my husband Wig and to our family. Jackie was very thorough and took her time with him and answered any questions we had. A huge hug and THANKS to Jackie!!!! We were blessed!!! I am so glad we went with Aspire when he left the hospital!!

This is not a very good company. I doubt they could provide decent services to sick children in a third world country. I've used them a few times over the past few years and always regretted it. They have spread lies, made incorrect diagnoses, recorded inaccurate readings and when asked to justify their wrong doings, they refuse. I would not recommend this organization for anything. They may be able to do some cleaning, but I doubt they could do it correctly.

This company is a joke. I work with a patient that had to use them. Everytime we called they would keep us on the phone asking questions for 20-30 minutes and never would send someone out. This was for a patient that had sudden bad symtoms like heavier breathing or more coughing. Each time instead of them sending us someone we had to take the patient to ER. They are a completely useless company and I've worked with plenty of different companies.

It has been a gift having Aspire treat my mother. It's been great knowing that I can call them with any questions or concerns. I appreciate the fact that Aspire is someone I can depend on.

There are some very caring people involved with this company, but when we had an emergency and called the 24/7 support line we were told no one would be available because it was a holiday. Please do not lead people to believe you have help available 24/7 when you only have someone in your state answering a telephone.

A total NO HELP.. They sure get great money from Insurance but are a hoax all around.
