I have been working with Paul Carney with Associated Logistics for almost a year now and he is very quick with his quotes or if you just have a simple shipping question he is always available!
I have been working with the team over at ALG for a little over a month now and they continue to provide good rates, consistent lanes, and open communication from the start to the completion of a load. Something I have to bring to light is regarding the customers we are servicing now, they have all been very kind and appreciative to our drivers. Thanks ALG and we look forward to building on this great foundation we have started.
I am very disappointed with this company. I had a time sensitive shipment. I contacted them with the details and they quoted me a very fair price. I locked them in for the shipment. I contacted them several times to see that we were on track as far as the time of pick up etc. They assured me that we were. The day of the shipment I got a call approx. 11AM telling me that they did not have a truck for this shipment. My customer had just called to check on this shipment before this call so I had assured him that it was going out that day. I had to call him back and explain that there was no truck available after all. I will not use them again.
Need something shipped out and don't want a hassle ? Then call Weston at Associated Logistics. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I've been in the Motorsports Industry for over 30 years. I need a pallet shipped out called different carriers trying to find the best pricing, call carriers - wait, call - wait and so on. Not any more. Called Weston and within minutes I had several quotes with great pricing. Here is how the call goes. Me - "Hey I need to ship whatever to wherever" Weston - "Here's you quotes" Me - "I'll go with XYZ Shipping" Weston - " Here's your BOL, Pickup time, delivery time" EVERYTHING HANDLED EXPERTLY! And then to top it off a call back to make sure everything was perfect - from pick up to delivery. To Weston's supervisor or manager - give that man a raise. Keep Him on staff as he is a terrific customer rep.
