Our company uses Automates for IT support. I was working this morning when my microsoft features locked me out. I started a ticket through their easy online option, but as I realized I couldn't use outlook, webmail, or teams I called. Thankfully Jinno picked up and got started on fixing me. He was able to resolve my issue and kept me informed along the way. I have had to reach out to Automates a few times and they have always resolved my issues efficiently.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Lisa Nguyen for the outstanding help she provided today with my computer. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and immediately willing to jump in and assist. Lisa was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Nikko and Jefferson remotely helped me resolve a computer issue and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through the entire process step by step while fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Our firm just transitioned our phone system to a new carrier with all new equipment. Automates provided tech support for the building in which we lease space. Automates' technician, Mike P, did an incredible job of getting us through the process. He always arrived early, was able to quicky diagnose and navigate the various glitches that inevitably arise in these projects. He also made himself readily available between on-site visits to help answer questions. He was professional, courteous and did a great job interacting with the service provider as well as our personnel. It was a refreshing departure from the level of service we have encountered from other tech support companies in the past. Good service deserves recognition and we certainly received it on this this project.

Lisa at Automates took my tech support call this morning; listened to me present the problems I'd run into after having performed an update; and she patiently and effectively resolved my issues in a very reasonable period of time. Throughout our call, Lisa kept me informed, fielded my questions, showed that she was a fantastic listener and offered me helpful suggestions along the way too. I have also received excellent service from Sunny, Noah, Tommy and Sushant [spelling?] in the past but this is the first time I left a review - because most of the time, I'm in the middle of a hectic workday, but it's early at the moment.
