Two months (since 07/31/25) passed when I first took my 4Runner to Norman's repair shop, got it repaired, but the same problem I took it for, persisted. The car is sitting at the shop. Norman advised that he can't get the parts. I feel like Miami is a third world country. After multiple phone calls, personal visits, and messages, he finally decided not to do the inconclusive repair. He reimbursed for the full amount after a very long and painful waiting period.
