I have been coming to this establishment since it's opened. I have always been 10O% happy with everything. The customer service the help the service the price. The owner Chris has always been more than helpful in anyway possible. They are very fair and knowledgeable in all they do every time. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and I do. Great people.great work and very professional.

I had gone to someone different for my last oil change, and when I went to AT & T to get my most recent oil change, I was told I had almost no oil in my car. I have never had this happen with oil changes I had had at AT & T....Never again, I will drive the extra distance to get the truth, a good deal, and friendly service! No more bouncing, I'm with AT & T Technology & Transmission in Billerica, MA! Thank you Chris and Patrick!

I took my vehicle to this shop in good faith describing a very specific problem with the owner, Chris, even beforehand. I had his assurance that he had the equipment and expertise to fully complete this repair. I had indicated a top limit budget for this repair, but when I went to pick up my vehicle the cost was exactly double that limit. I agreed to pay in order to retrieve my vehicle. However, there was still a problem with the vehicle related directly to the very reason I brought the vehicle to this shop for repair. The owner, knowing the vehicle still had a problem, allowed me to take delivery of the vehicle without making the necessary remaining repairs which he should have completed but did not due to his admitted difficulty with and inability to finding the problem, and still charged me double. This, from an "auto mechanic"! So a week or two later I called back and proposed to pay extra for Chris to complete the repair properly. Chris expressed his vehement disapproval of my implication that the vehicle was only "1/2 repaired", as he put it, which was in fact the truth otherwise I would not have needed to call back to have this repair properly completed. Chris then refused to complete the repair while still retaining my doubled payment and as well as rejecting my offer to pay him extra what I considered to be extremely equitable additional payment. He then hung up on me and left me with a disfunctional vehicle at this point. I would have gladly given him the chance to finish this job amicably, but his mistreatment and unprofessional conduct toward me is inexcuseable and unjustifiable. I am very dissatisfied with this owner's response to me as a result of my quest to have him complete this work properly. While he did "partially" fix the car, that is NOT the job of a good mechanic, nor what I paid him for. It is to repair 100% the problem or not charge the customer if they cannot or will not, especially since his original contention was otherwise.

This place amazes me every time. We have 5 cars every time we have repairs done we are treated wonderfully and always surprised to see it cost less then we thought. I was even told a huge repair that I needed was covered by warranty recall and that I should take it to the dealer. I did just that the dealer repaired the car free of charge something that would of cost me thousands. My son went there for a damaged headlight pin that he couldn’t get out. They helped him and no charge. If I want a mechanic that won’t tip u off this is the place to go hands down. Even though the name says transmissions they actually do all auto repairs.

We were from out town with car troubles. They saw us on very short notice, and fixed the jammed parking brake lines on my Toyota. Got it all done the day we called them and allowed us to get back on the road before a big winter storm hit. Reasonably priced, explained everything to us, really nice guys, and would highly recommend!

My son got a flat at 11pm in Billerica. We live on the lowell/chelmsford line. He was not in a safe place for AAA to change a spare so the police called to have it towed. My fiance works at a garage in lowell so we wanted it towed there as all I could think of was the tow and storage fee. The owner was the one who showed up to tow his car and not only did he bring it to lowell and drive my son with him to save me the trip he stopped at the ATM so my son could get the money to pay him and charged an extremely fair price for all he did! I would definitely recommend this place for future services and would like to say thank you again for the all around great experience!

Automotive Technology & Transmission is awesome!! I am a lifelong Billerica resident and I needed service on an older vehicle that was making a concerning noise on the passenger side wheel area and I wanted to make sure that there was nothing broke or worn out. The place I have used in the past and a few other places i called were booked. I called Automotive Technology & Transmission and Roger was great in helping me make a prompt appointment and arranged to drop off my vehicle after hours. I called later that night to leave a message of where i left the keys and the Chris (owner) answered and said they would let me know what they find out. The next day Patrick called me to tell me that they were able to duplicate the concern, but after driving further it went away. He put the car on the lift and everything looked in good shape, nothing that needed to be immediately addressed. He drove it a few more times and the noise was gone for the time being. He told me that i could come get the vehicle and if it comes back that they would gladly investigate further. I asked what the bill was and they said nothing. I was shocked. I told them that for their time I was leaving them something. Patrick said it was not needed, but I insisted. I got a ride down to pick up my vehicle after hours and went to put my envelope when I decided to try the door and it was open. The owner Chris was there and I told him about my experience and from top to bottom I was impressed. They have won my business going forward and I highly recommend Chris and his team at Automotive Technology & Transmission. Dan

My car was towed by this company after I was stopped in Burlington. When I called the next day they were very professional and helped me through the process. They had the power to make this hard for me and didn’t. This was quick and easy and they made me feel comfortable. My car came back in the same shape it was towed and I am very grateful. I would recommend for any personal needs based on the level of customer service here. Great job guys!

I’ve been getting my cars serviced here for the past couple of years. It’s probably the longest time I’ve used one mechanic before getting disappointed at the service and then changing. Patrick is a very reasonable, friendly and reliable young man who treats customers well and takes pride in his work. The rest of the team seem great too. Thanks guys!
