They did a great job and explained everything. They were referred to me by Grant's plumbing to correct the wiring to a sump pump/float/alarm. They charged a good price and were patient with all of my questions. I'm having them come back and do a lot more work on my money pit.
Outlets stopped working suddenly, and they traced the faulty circuits, replaced the wiring, and made sure everything was safe before leaving, thank God they came

I called yesterday about a light installation, expecting to wait a while, but they sent someone the same day! The electrician completed everything in under an hour, and the price was great. Couldn’t be happier!
I called B&C Electric because a JEA employee highly recommended them and said they do great work. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or something else, but when I tried explaining that I was referred to them, she kept interrupting me asking, “Okay, what do you want our technician to do?” I told her I have a bad meter jaw. She asked for my ZIP code, and when I said 32216, she told me they don’t have an electrician servicing that area and immediately hung up. I called back twice, and she hung up on me both times. Very unprofessional experience. I expected better, especially after being referred by JEA.
