I was having an issue with my then current employer and contacted Attorney Bace hoping to get a few answers to some questions. It was a very stressful situation. Not only did he answer them, he walked me through the entire process specific to my individual situation. He actually answered my questions over the course of a two month period as the situation developed. He did this before I even hired his firm. In the end, I was compensated what I was owed without litigation- just as he planned. I would highly recommend Bace Law Group to anyone with an employment issue. Theyre very good at present a farce as if they care but they dont! They listened to me, told me that they would follow up via email and never did which prompted me to reach out to them to ask if they were still open to taking my case. This is when they replied with a very passive aggressive email which I did not reply to because who has the time to argue with another grown man over email? Then they followed up with another email sharing the contact information of their colleague whom they shared, " would be more than happy to listen to my 'story'." THE DISRESPECT WAS REAL! This experience confirmed my suspicions that MA is full of nothing but employer leaning lawyers. With the other half simply having themselves listed as a business as an attempt to legitimize themselves more. pathetic.
