Sana was WONDERFUL. I had issues with Net Docs not operating for me (due to issues with MY authenticator app which was also not cooperating given I had damaged my cellphone and it could not report communications from authenticator. AND I needed help getting my business outlook account loaded onto my NEW replacement phone. Tech was thoughtful, kept me apprised of all the background work she was doing, and super personable. ALL got fixed super-fast and I am just so so thrilled! 10 stars!!! (even if your scale is a 5!!)

I am not getting any complaints regarding IT anymore – whether it be that the VPN does not work, or a file cannot be found, which software are we using for what purpose.
