The battery for my Kia went out in the winter and I have a newborn. It was pretty sudden and that's when I learned how expensive the battery is for my car. I found Battery Service Supply and they saved the day. I paid a 3rd of what I would've paid for a battery anywhere else and they stand by their warranty which is great. The service was super quick and everyone was extremely nice. I even recommended my friend. I would send anyone to this place.
I’ve been coming here for years. Best deals on batteries in charlotte, hands down. Nice guys to work with too. I would highly recommend them and they have always had what I needed when I needed it.
DO NOT buy a battery here. You will pay more in tow fees than the batteries are worth. The new batteries they do have are only the cheap ones that will leave you stranded. These guys dont stand by the 18 month warranty they have. They dont return calls. GO TO AUTO ZONE. Do not waste your time and hard earn money on people that could care less and only want to use the community for profit.
Listen so I see a few negative comments but I will tell you that you're not gonna find better prices, better service, better product ,nicer staff anywhere in Charlotte...GREAT PLACE NEVER LOSING MY BUSINESS..

Never have I experienced a fast, know what they are doing environment that is affordable. Love this place!
Nothing fancy about this place but the service and professionalism is undeniable. I've been coming here for years because I'm really not one to pay full price for anything, especially a car battery, if I can find a better deal. This place can hook you up for around 1/4 the cost of what you would pay at one of the big chain auto stores. They service your car right there in the parking lot, which takes maybe 10 or 15 minutes at most, and their batteries come with a warranty. NOTE:::: It's VERY easy to miss and drive right by if you're not using navigation. As soon as you turn onto Old Pineville from South Blvd. make the first right going over the train tracks and then left into the parking lot and it's all the way in the back to the right.
Amazing service. Jerry was the best! Battery was DEAD while driving down the road. Helped over the phone and was ready to run out when I arrived! Great prices & people.
