Bay Area Medical Academy

I just want to share my experience with this UNORGANIZED school. I have completed my CPT1 course here and it was all nothing but a mess. Class was good, I did learn some new techniques on how to perform a great draw but administration is so unorganized. Some of the staff was never available or "family emergency" so they were not available to take your call or answer any question during the time you were completed externship hours. I felt like I was on my own since I was in interest of completing all requirements onto getting certified.

I loved the phlebotomy class taught by Miss.B. I give her 5 stars! She gives you all the information you need to pass the class and the Ncct exam. Her class was never boring. She has real life stories and experience that make her one of a kind. Sincerely Valarie Allen

Super organized, Tracy was an awesome teacher! I loved the class format and how we had take home tests. Provided us with great resources and career advice.

my instructor told me i passed but needed more practice..never notified when i was to come back for practice..they flunked me and sent me to a collection agency..im full time in another school..so i guess some school dont have to follow federal guidelines..

I love it! I’m currently a student in the San Jose campus and the teachers are great I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do medical assisting ,EKG tech or phlebotomy . I have learned so much❤️

I came here for my girlfriends phlebotomy class so she could practice/test drawing blood. Although there weren't any cookies recieved, I didn't have a bad time.
