I wanted to compliment the young lady that has come to my house twice now .. she is always prompt .. always friendly .. very comfortable to talk with .. she always makes sure she is not hurting me .. for me to get out can b a challenge so this service is absolutely GREAT for me .. I recommend this service for everyone .. they referred me to a person that comes out to get u measured for ur FREE pair of diabetic shoes .. in my case 1 leg is shorter than the other 1 because i do not have a left hip .. which makes it difficult to walk much .. so with this service he's even getting the height of my shoes correct so when I can use the walker my legs are even which really makes the few steps i can take much easier !
THE WORST I wish I could give a zero They have canceled on me 3 months in a Row Terrible service, then have the nerve to asked me to scheduled a 4th Appointment, NO so you can cancel that 1too? They Always promise to call you back but never do
Madison Lonewolf was our technician and she was a joy to have. Her professional expertise was excellent and her people skills were outstanding.

This company set an appointment and was a NO SHOW, NO CALL... I called them and they said they called me at 1 something and left a voice mail .... that never took place no call was made to me... cell phone keeps a time stamp and record of any missed calls and that never took place, so on top of no show the technician also lies
