Bennett Construction proved to be a great company to work with for our kitchen remodel. The entire team provided thoughtful and innovative suggestions with attention to deal which made all the difference for a mix of functional and beautiful space. Zach and Emily were there every step of the way in managing the project across all aspects of gathering materials, coordinating the work, and executing decisions when surprises in our historic Midtown home inevitably came up. They were completely on board with helping us execute our vision of a modern remodel that celebrated the historic touches we already loved. The knowledge and dedication of the team pushing through to have a “functional kitchen” before hosting our first Thanksgiving in our home was icing on the cake!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Master jet tub removal, window removal and shower stall removed, replaced with walk in shower, walled up window and linen closet. Our experience with Bennett Construction was extremely positive, from the quoting process all the way to the finishing touches! I am a question asking person, and I was never made to feel like I was an annoyance or burden. At the end of every day our house was left swept up and tidied, no big piles and things strewn about. Zach the project manager was very easy to work with and was always communicating what was going on. Emily the salesperson was extremely helpful in answering all my questions during the quoting process. Very knowledgeable about the construction process and what would/needed to happen. Everyone coming in and out of our house was friendly and accommodating. Do not hesitate in giving them a call!! We will definitely use them again in future projects, no hesitation.

Bennett Construction was a great company for my master bath remodel project. First off, their patience was exemplary while I went through my indecisive phase of picking out floor tile, paint color, shower style, accessories, etc. The crews worked well together and communication was key. Throughout the project I was able to get answers and information to all my questions and concerns. All issues were addressed and I could not be happier with the final result. Thanks Zach! Afterthought: sure would have appreciated a line by line cost breakout. ie: like how much was I charged for the vanity?

The biggest construction mistake I ever made was not hiring Bennett Construction in the first place. Instead, I hired a contractor who was less expensive and recommended by a friend. He botched the job, and guess who I called to fix it. Cesar and Jon came riding over the hill to fix the problems and complete the job. We are very happy with our new patio room, and I highly recommend Bennett construction for anyone wanting an addition or remodel.

We obtained five bids on our bath and a half renovation. During the estimate process, Ken and Rob provided a sound estimate, and offered great ideas for us to consider. We are so pleased we chose Bennett for our project. During the demolition phase, they discovered a serious problem with our floor joist. Rob assured us this was just an opportunity to them. We had a bad experience with a contractor in the past and thought here we go. We didn’t need to worry because they simply worked through the “opportunity” and resolved it completely. Their expertise and attention to details is beyond compare. We now a stunning bathroom and hoping to work with them on another project! You will not go wrong by contracting Ken and his team for your project.

2021 has been a year of surprises and one of the best has been working with Bennett Construction Company (BCC). This is our 3rd major project with them (full remodels of 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen). Once again they delivered as planned and exceeded our expectations! This last project was a full remodel of the 2nd floor bathroom (21 years old). Our goal was minimalism with a simple, elegant, organic feel. The biggest challenge of the entire project was we wanted a floating wood vanity with no cabinets or pipes below. It turned out this was not something you could easily buy. After a lot of research, our designer, Rebekkah Davies Interiors + Design ended up providing a rough draft of the vanity design to BCC and they amiably agreed to include the building of a custom vanity in their estimate. The end result is a beautiful white oak vanity that is the focal point of the bathroom. It was essential in creating the warmth needed to balance the space for the organic feel we desired. There were many challenges during the remodel and our BCC project manager, Rob Roy, met each one of them with a smile and an attitude that this was just another “opportunity”. We had a kitchen renovation with a wall removed opening to the den. From the consultation to the completed job, Jon and Cesar were professional, competent, and friendly. The work was high quality, and they helped us to get everything right. Just a great company to work with.

We had walls removed, a beam installed in the attic, kitchen moved and bathrooms retiled. The process was efficient and produced a living space I want to live in. Communication was timely which is very important to me. Zach and Emily were a joy to work with. Everyone that has seen my remodeled house has been blown away. It is beautiful!
