To begin, he was punctual and communicative, and the vehicle was clean and well maintained. For me, there’s nothing worse than ordering a car service and having them be late, not responsive, and/or showing up in a dirty vehicle. The drive was comfortable, but more importantly Onur made me feel comfortable. He was an amazing conversationalist, but if being quiet is your preference I know he would still make one feel comfortable. Nothing about the experience felt forced or awkward. My trip took me through Miami. Anyone who has been there is probably familiar with the chaotic driving environment. Typically, I’m anxious and tense. Having Onur as my driver, I knew I was in good hands. He also handled the other drivers in the road with patience, calmly, and with grace which put me at ease. I can honestly say it was my first time driving in Miami without clutching onto my seat with sweaty palms. I can’t recommend this company enough.
