We have worked with Boa since 2000, through a generational management change at the firm, and they have always provided truly exceptional GC services backed by top onsite management and skilled, reliable subcontractors. They can handle projects of any scale we have given them from very small to very large. Every site supervisor we have worked with has ended up being a friend: they take great pride in their work and really understand that each customer is building out a kind of a dream project. We haven't found them to be the "lowest cost" operator but their quality is so high for the past few projects I don't even know anymore, because we don't call anyone else. ALL of our Boa projects were complete on time and often under budget.
Boa Construction is an amazing company to work with! Their team is organized and thorough. They want to make sure your project is done right and safe for everyone! I love working with the boa construction team!

I did my research on them, and they have been given several awards and acknowledgements, and it shows. BOA is fantastic to work with. They have great communication and simply the best customer response and contractor coordination. I very much enjoyed working with Shamus and look forward to more projects with them.
I have subcontracted for Shamus at boa construction on a number of projects ranging from a simple thermostat relocation to full House remodels. He always has good communication with his subcontractors and his customers, bridging this gap and proper scheduling is extremely important to allow the project to have high quality results.
I used Boa construction years ago to add on a backporch. It turned out great. Had a smaller job of redoing bathroom tile, putting in free standing tub and another shower to replace tile in shower area. In the tag line it says, No job too small. Not.... They called me back and talked to me about the job I wanted done. I could tell by the representative that they thought the job was too small for them. Need to change your tag line Boa. YOU only want to do the big jobs. False advertisement. Never again will I use you. Also they were suppose to set up a time to come out and look at my project. Never received a call back. Too big for their britches.
I highly recommend working with Boa Construction. Sheamus has great communication and the projects we've worked worked with him on have been smooth sailing.
The only reason I give him a star is cuz I have to I was trying to be considerate I scrap metal. So I knocked at the door seen the gentleman assisting a lady so I waited he walked by started to go up the stairs and then came back down the stairs telling his co-worker. Hey John can you watch this weirdo. As I was going to walk away another employee walked outside so I asked him to ask the gentleman inside if I could look in the roloffs 480 metal wire and was told no which is fine I'm out here trying to make an honest p living to be respectful and to be judged like that by a company that does work all around the city. It's not right and if you were to hire them you would say the same thing about you I would love to see what their reply back to this is if any
I highly recommend BOA Construction and Shamus specifically for your construction and remodeling needs. Shamus has a high level of attention to detail and a great guy to work with.
