Bodega Bar & Kitchen

Attempted to make a reservation on the website an evening in advance for an otherwise mundane Thursday. The website said they would call or email to confirm. The next day, having not heard anything from them with less than two hours til when I wanted a table at, I'd still not heard from them. I tried calling no fewer than eight times, spread across about 15 minutes. No answer, any time. Better yet, their phone voicemail inbox was full, so I had no way of contacting them, directly or otherwise. So be it. I'll go to one of the million other restaurants in this city.

Food was good. Service was good. I definitely would stop back in. Happy hour has good deals. Skewers are not pictured but they stole the show. Both shrimp and steak

We love to hang out at this place a lot. It’s unfortunate that they altered some of the happy hour menu items. We ordered the fried calamari, but the portion size and taste have changed significantly compared to what we used to enjoy.

Wonderful dinner and happy hour specials. Staff was attentive and food was great! Will visit again when back in Philly.

Spent Money For frozen cold empanadas. Server was Attentive. But he seem to be the only one taking care of customers. 2 different tables At About 30 min diffrence With a Group Of 6 Left Due To Not Being Acknowledge. Food really Sucks. I blame the cooks. Just not what I experienced When it First opened. It has fallen.

Had a great time at the Bodega Bar & Kitchen. The service is top Notch. The food is delicious. The atmosphere very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Bodega for good drinks and food. There is a Parking lot on 12st between chestnut and walnut for your convenience.

Honestly if anything get the steak skewers it’s the true definition of enjoying a piece of good steak !!!It’s a nice and well done steak. I know juicy well done isn’t possible but they did it. The sauce that comes with it truly adds the hint of salt you need, but the Brussel sprouts are the highlight of the restaurant. The fruit has a chili, spicy flavor that goes well with the roast and sweetness of the Brussel sprout. The mussels were good but I would say the bread that comes with the mussels is the highlight, especially dipped in the mussel sauce!!! An amazing combination you must try this restaurant.

They treated me and my friends horribly tonight. I have been a patron for the last three years, however one of the servers got very aggressive with me because someone threw up in the bathroom. This server accused us of attempting to not pay the bill, we not only paid the bill but they overcharged us when we checked the menu afterwards. the server Hamzah got very aggressive with me and was screaming in my face to the point where my friends felt the need to call authorities but were stopped by the security. I attempted to have a conversation with the owner, but the server kept intervening and yelling in my face. The owner had to get physically in between us and tell the server to calm down.

Went to this restaurant excited for good food and vibes and had the most negative experience. Firstly, the waitress spilled an entire tray of drinks onto me and my spouse and didn’t give us any napkins to clean it up. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and even longer to get our food, the food that did come out was wrong and 2 people in our party didn’t receive their food until I said something about ANOTHER 20 minutes later. Our waiter never checked on us while we were eating. What should have been a pleasant experience was extremely unprofessional and honestly annoying.

The place was clean. Service was on point. Waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The alcoholic beverage were great. Buffalo wings were delicious. Shrimp skewers and that sauce amazing. Definitely would go back.
