I really enjoyed coming here. Even though there were a lot of people and a lot of conversation it was some what still very quiet. The coffee was amazing and the crescent was amazing. I will 100% be back!

I like bold bean, their coffee is consistent and sweets are also delicious. It's a nice open space, in which many people work. Be it on school, art or computer work, there are always people there. The wifi is good on the weekdays but turned off on the weekends.
As a first time visitor.. place has a great atmosphere. Service was friendly and prompt as well as willing to help me decide the kind of coffee I wanted. Ordered a quad espresso and yumm..rich creamy flavor with just the right amount of bitterness.. will be back for sure!
Customer service was great! I love the bold bean coffee at my job and wanted to get my regular latte with oat milk here, and it was not good. Chai tea was not that good either. Some inappropriate paintings and loud music.
I feel like I wasted money here. First, a rock solid croissant. Then I literally had to wait 20-25mins for my latte. I understand it was in the morning but baristas kept on chit chatting. Line could’ve moved faster.
I really wanted to like this place. The first warning sign should have been the beans we bought with the roast date over a month old. We opted for the seasonal lattes and Matchas, tipped well but the service was so slow, and the drinks were flavorless and just too milky. The matcha drink was foul. We could not start our morning like that so we drove to Flamingo Coffee with the Bold Bean drinks still in hand for them to throw away. Flamingo was better, but Orlando coffee has Jax beat. It may be unfair due to ordering lattes/matcha instead of a black coffee, but the service also took forever and it wasn’t even busy. We hope the beans will be good.

Great specialty coffee with knowledgeable staff! I had the Columbia pour over and the spicy chai latte - both superb!
