Javier was very helpful and got the job done quick on my VW Tiguan. The price was fair and he was very nice, explaining everything clearly. I would go back to this shop.
I would give this shop a zero if I could. One day I called looking for serivce with the shop owners mechanic and he said what does he look like? The owner himself was the one who answered the phone. Maybe he did not have room to take in any cars I really do not know but this was a really rude way to deal with potential customers.
I have been taking our cars here for many years and always get friendly, experienced service at the right price.
Takes great care of my 1996 993Turbo. I highly recommend them.

I’ve worked with Javier for several years now. When you need the work done yesterday, Javier is a time traveler with knowledge of all makes and models. This guy is truly the terminator of automotive excellence!
First time customer, will definitely be returning next time I need work. My AC wasn't blowing cold in my mk4, and I wanted a few other things looked at as well, so I called yesterday. Javier was quick to setup my appointment for today. Dropped the car off this morning around 930 and had it back by 3. The other mechanic I spoke to while picking the car up was courteous and informative as well. Work was done quick, needless to say, and all issues were resolved. They know their stuff, pricing was very reasonable. Recommended for sure.
On my first visit to Boston Automotive, Javier fixed my Volvo's air-conditioning after two other shops couldn't. It's now in perfect working order. He obviously knew what he was doing and went the extra mile. Excellent knowledge, good service, reasonable price. Thank you.
