STRANDED AT 4:00 AM! NEVER AGAIN! Phone not answered, text and email unresponsive. Original email "confirmation" said "not confirmed until reviewed". I called to get verbal confirmation with Abdul. Still no email confirmation. No notice morning of pick up. Close to missing flight for 6 people including 2 kids. HUGE STRESS. Appaling customer service. Indifferent to failure. No call back until 6:40am. (40 min after flight departed).
