This company was so beyond helpful! My partner and I were hauling a load to Colorado that was loaded incorrectly, and it threw our weight off on our drivers. We called them needing the load reworked and they did not hesitate to help us! Not only did they help us last minute but they actually kept their workers late to do so! So friendly and helpful I recommend them to anyone! :)

Our load shifted and shipper rejected the load. After calling almost every warehouse in Indi I finally found this people. This guys took us right away, emptied truck, repackaged product and load it back in. Job was done under 3h. Professional as it gets !!!

My refer broke down in Indianapolis and had to swape to another trailer ,it was getting dark and very cold the gentle me called Chad had to wait after his work for three hours and completed to transfer the load to another trailer. I strongly recommend Box Truxx for cross docking.
It was very good and easy working with them. Just give them a call before arriving. They are very reasonable with the price of cross dock service.
Box Truxx always has a truck available whenever I am in a pinch. They even went above and beyond in assisting with an unload the other day for me! I appreciate everyone at Box Truxx and would recommend them to anyone I know in the Indiana area!
