I just met with the kind owner of Bradford Medical Supply. My husband and I were in search of CPAP cleaning supplies while out in California for over 3 weeks. I came to Stanford hospital to receive surgical treatment for moyamoya disease which has left me with 10 strokes. Sleep Apnea puts me at higher risk for strokes and my husband said I was choking in my sleep last night and we spent hours searching CVS and Walgreens and calling medical supply stores and Bradford was the only one that picked up. He offered to get something next day but I needed it same day because of the choking from last night. He offered his own filters to me. That level of caring and customer service will forever make my day and that’s exactly how someone should run a business.
Thank you BMS for helping me save my friend's life. My friend lives off the grid with only a land line. When she reached out to me I knew she was in trouble. She was having trouble breathing. If it wasn't for your rapid response to all my question, your availability as we drove late in the evening to pick up the oxygen concentrator. My friend wouldn't have made it. You taught my husband and I how to use the equipment and that same night we drove to help her. She is doing well and with the portable oxygen concentrator she is able to make it to her Dr. appointments. Thank you very much!
I guess you could say this is a legit company- I got ripped off, the item purchased was overpriced as well as used, and filthy. I am definitely would not recommend unless you’re ok with low quality/used products. I am shocked you have the high rating you do!
Amazing service! I needed a wheechair ramp late on a saturday to bring my mom home from the hospital and Bradford came through when no one else could. this company is a blessing.
Answered my call at 9am on a Sunday. Needed info on a Jazzy 6 Motorized chair. Set me up with options and help very quick. Definitely would suggest to check out the services and equipment offered by this company if you are in the Bay Area.

Bradford was incredibly helpful working with us as we explored procuring a child safety bed (the Cubby bed to be exact). Found him on Google after our in-network alternative didn’t go through initially due to contract negotiations, and he was transparent from the get go about how he worked, his experience, and went so far as getting on boarded with the Cubby team as well (for those looking at this in the future). We didn’t get a chance to work with him to the end as our in-network DME eventually figured it out, but would highly recommend for anyone looking a reliable, transparent, supportive DME in the area!
Medical equipment rental isn't usually planned. Bradford helped me on a weekend when most other places were closed. He went out of his way to help me and is very knowledgeable. We will definitely use him for any future medical rental needs.
There are no words to express my delightful experience with Bradford. My recliner chair stopped working late in the afternoon. Because of various health issues I use it as my bed. I called Bradford to inquire about a rental and repair options. That very evening a rental chair was delivered to my home and set up ready for use. They took my old recliner to evaluate and repair it if possible. My Old recliner was ancient. Mr. Bradford offered to let me buy the rental chair since it was working so well and fit me so well. He suggested a very reasonable price. The words trust, integrity, reliability and compassion describe Bradford Medical Supply. I recommend them with highest enthusiasm.
