My son Raffi has been working with a Bridgecare ABA therapist and in almost 2 months I have seen a great improvement in him. Raffi is considered non verbal and he’s been making small sentences and responding when I ask him a question. His ABA therapist is caring, compassionate, and wants Raffi to succeed in all his programs. Truly blessed to have found a company that cares about my son and wants the best for him.
I owe my life to BridgeCare ABA, or at least my sanity. My 9 year old daughter Jasmine is the light of my life, she gives meaning and purpose to my very existence. As a single mom I am solely responsible for her safety and care, therefore it was an upheaval, when five years ago she was diagnosed with ASD, I was lost, confused, and alone. Jaz's PCP referred us to an (unnamed) ABA Therapy provider, who was just awful, the Provider was unorganized and unprofessional, schedules were wrong, payments were just a mess, however most of all the therapists were rude and downright condescending, Jaz hated her sessions, and refused to go. From there began a long and arduous 4 year journey from therapist to therapist, from one provider to another, to make a long story short my life was a blur and a mess, Jasmine's condition was out of control/ about 4 months ago a friend referred me to BridgeCare ABA Therapy, and my life changed, the organization at large is smooth and professional and just a pleasure to deal with, Marc and the entire team are consummate professionals who work alongside you for the betterment of your child. and the therapist they sent is a blessing from heaven, Jaz loves going for sessions and has a powerful relationship with her therapist, most of all her condition has taken a turn for the better,. I can live, she can live, and it's all thanks to BridgCare ABA Therapy I can not recommend them highly enough.
For the first five months that my child was with Bridgecare, they wasted our time and gave us a BCBA and RBT who did essentially nothing. Admin seemed to be aware of the issue because they kept pushing this BCBA back onto us. When I requested to have our case moved over, I was made to feel like I was the problem because I “waited” to speak up and say something when in reality I was talked down to and made to feel stupid because of my concerns. We ended up getting a different BCBA and RBT. Our BCBA had so many cases that our RBT had to help create most of our programs for us. And yet Bridgecare continually made things harder for our RBT until she ultimately decided to leave, prompting us to want to leave as well because I could not deal with admin without the support of the RBT which is just wild to even say but that was how highly valuable our RBT is, she did more than what was required of her in every sense. I constantly warn my circle of mom friends to STAY AWAY FROM BRIDGECARE. They are greedy and only care about the money, NOT the kids.
We started daily ABA therapy with BridgeCare a few months ago and we’ve already seen huge improvements in behavior and communication. Having someone come to the house every day makes it easier on our whole family.
Bridgecare ABA Services has been a life-changing experience for my family. Their dedicated team provides exceptional care and personalized support for children with autism. The therapists' ability to engage and connect with my child is outstanding, leading to significant improvements in communication and overall development. Bridgecare's commitment to collaboration with families is truly commendable. I highly recommend Bridgecare ABA Services for anyone seeking top-notch care and support for their child with autism.
I must say I have only great things to say about BridgeCare ABA therapy. Ashley was really not doing well at home or in school. She was acting out and wasn’t getting along with her siblings. Since she started her ABA therapy Ashley is a different child. She is calm and now listens to her teachers. We are seeing great strides. BridgeCare has been a blessing to our lives.
Our experience with BridgeCare ABA has been absolutely amazing. The thing that stood out more than what I've seen from other companies was the passion and care you feel from all their staff. The parent support is like no other and they’ll do anything in the world to help your child grow and succeed in all areas. Best ABA therapy company!
Deeply Disappointed with Bridge Care ABA – A Caution to Other Families I want to share my experience with Bridge Care ABA Services in Arizona in hopes that it helps other families make informed decisions. I was completely blindsided by the cost of the initial evaluation. I was never given a clear breakdown of pricing beforehand, and later received a bill reflecting a rate of $700 per hour. While I understand evaluations can be expensive, this felt excessive—especially without any prior disclosure. As a parent navigating the complex world of autism services, I expected transparency and support, not financial shock. When I attempted to get clarity on the cost of ongoing therapy, I was repeatedly met with vague responses and no clear answers. For a healthcare provider, especially one working with families who often depend on careful financial planning, this lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating and concerning. Scheduling was another major issue. I communicated our family’s availability several times, yet it was consistently disregarded. Therapy times were suggested that directly conflicted with the schedule I had clearly provided. It felt like there was no consideration or effort to accommodate our needs. Additionally, during one conversation with their scheduling coordinator, I was told something deeply unsettling. She said, “Sarah is really good—you’re getting lucky. I can’t say that about the rest of the people here.” That kind of comment raises serious red flags. It implies that not all technicians working with vulnerable children are equally competent, which is unacceptable in this field. I understand that no company is perfect, but when it comes to the care of children with autism, clarity, professionalism, and competence are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Bridge Care ABA. Please do your research, ask for all costs in writing upfront, and trust your instincts. Families deserve better.
