Bridger Design + Build completed a large exterior renovation to my home this fall that included siding and wood rot repair, soffit/fascia replacement, new gutters, chimney flashing repair, and new exterior paint. I am so impressed with my recent renovation from Bridger Design + Build. After a large leak took out most of the drywall in my garage, John and his team not only restored the space, but upgraded it far beyond what it was pre-leak. For example they removed any remaining popcorn ceiling and transformed a cavity under the stairs into a usable storage area. They did all of this for a reasonable price that my insurance was satisfied with. Further, they were communicative and easy to work with, making this a stress-free project for me. I was particularly impressed that the project manager came over several times to monitor the progress, address any unexpected hiccups, and ensure that everything was being completed to Bridger’s standards. Because I could trust the project manager to ensure a high-quality outcome, I didn’t worry or feel the need to “babysit” the work as it was being done. I highly recommend Bridger Design + Build to anyone looking for a contractor who will handle it all.

I highly recommend Bridger Design & Build. I needed extensive exterior fascia and soffit repairs, along with repairs to several window sills and casings, before having my house painted. I didn't want to rely on a painting contractor to handle the repairs as part of the project, and some of the quotes I received for the repair work alone were surprisingly expensive. Bridger provided a reasonable quote for the entire project, including both the repairs and painting. Since the pricing was competitive, I also added the replacement of several rotten deck boards and am having the deck stained and painted. John was great to work with throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail. The crew took the time to address the underlying damage rather than rushing through the job or covering issues with paint. It was clear they were focused on doing the work correctly, not just completing it quickly. Overall, they did an excellent job, and I'm very pleased with the results. If my budget had allowed, I would have added a few more projects before they finished! My neighbor is starting similar repairs with Bridger as well! I would confidently recommend Bridger Design & Build to anyone considering similar exterior repair and painting work.

About a year ago, I noticed Bridger working on a house down the street from ours in East Nashville. I was impressed enough with what I saw that I saved their information and eventually connected with Max. From that first conversation, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. In March 2026, we signed a contract for some siding repairs, painting, and a few exterior improvements to give our 1920 home a much-needed facelift. As the project progressed, I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I kept adding additional projects. Not because anything was wrong, but because I trusted the team and wanted them to keep improving our home. Throughout the process, Max stayed in constant communication, and John, the owner, was equally attentive and involved. Every crew member who came to our property was respectful, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. We had a stretch of nearly two weeks of rain that delayed the final painting, but Bridger kept us informed the entire time and worked whenever conditions allowed. The delays were weather-related, not company-related, and they handled everything exactly as they should have. The project wrapped up this week with some landscaping that served as the perfect finishing touch. Spending money on siding and paint isn’t always the most exciting investment, but I’m genuinely surprised by how much happiness this project has brought our family. Our home looks incredible. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Bridger 100 times out of 100. I highly recommend them and look forward to watching them continue to grow in the Nashville community.
