Great for urgent stop work orders projects, needed Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans. I really needed help, they came thru, great company, great guys, very responsive, very reliable highly recommended!

Taha and the Builder’s Tech team supported our efforts to obtain permits for a fix and flip. Not only did they draw up the plans but were readily available to respond to any adjustments to said plans from the City of Atlanta. Taha is amazing. Not only did he draw up beautiful plan, he ensured everything was in accordance with city guidelines. He immediately addressed review comments (which were only a couple minor additional questions from the city), but he did everything ahead of schedule. My wife (Holly Swing) and I would like to share with Builders Tech; along with any potential customers about our experience with one of its engineers “Taha”. When you seek professional help in an area where you have little to no experience - you can only hope for someone who is who very knowledgeable; while at the same time brings “hands on experience” with them. Which Taha does! Since we didn’t speak this construction language, Taha broke it down where we could understand everything. Being on the job site is one thing but when we ran into issues later - Taha was always as close as a phone call.

Very disappointed with this company. I called to ask about their availability and clearly explained that I needed the service on a specific day. I also told them that if they couldn’t accommodate that date, I would completely understand and was willing to pay a rush fee if necessary. I emphasized that it was urgent, but that honesty was more important to me than anything. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and confirmed the appointment. I then tried multiple times to confirm by email, phone calls, and text messages. Eventually, I received a text saying they could not make it. Because of this, I had to cancel and rush to find someone else last minute. I chose this company because they initially seemed professional and trustworthy, but unfortunately that was not my experience. Please be honest about your availability and timelines.
