Caleb has been our company's attorney for over 5 years now. We are a large but lean business and he's helped us write and negotiate all of our master service agreements, independent contractor agreements, employment agreements, severance agreements, and every other kind of business contract. He's also updated our handbook and internal policies to ensure we're not just complying with the law but also incorporating best practices.
