We recently booked a load with Connor at Canyon Group Logistics, and unfortunately, our truck broke down right at the shipper. A lot of brokers would have been upset or difficult to deal with in that situation, but Connor was nothing but professional and understanding. He communicated with us respectfully, handled the issue calmly, and worked with us instead of against us. That level of support means a lot to carriers, and it showed us they truly value relationships, not just transactions.
