We can absolutely recommend Care on Call for the excellent care they provide, and also their experience, responsiveness and flexibility. My mother was in need of day-to-day assistance, but the level of assistance and the number of hours was a moving target. The situation was complicated because she was often non-compliant due to dementia. Care on Call met all of our scheduling requests, including last-minute overnight coverage just before the holidays. The care-givers were knowledgeable and knew just how to work with mom. Their professionalism and ability to attend to medical needs were only surpassed by their genuine compassion and care. We are so grateful to all the staff who supported us and made sure that mom aged gracefully and with dignity.
Care on Call was an absolute lifesaver when we needed a full-time companion for my elderly mother who has late stage dementia. All of the companions were so patient and caring and really knew how to deal with her mood swings and behaviors. The home office team was so compassionate and proactive, and made sure that we had 24x7 coverage for more than a month. Their rates are also much more competitive than other companies we had used in the past and the companions are of much higher caliber. Highly recommend this caring and professional company.
We have used Care on Call In Home care to help our elderly mother several times over the past four years. Kay the manager has always gotten us great caregivers on a moments notice when my mother has needed them. Mom has liked all her caregivers there unlike other agencies we have tried. Hermie, Marsalla, Avia, Flora and the others treated my mother with respect and kept her happy along with giving great care. We will continue to use Care on Call whenever mom needs them in the future.
We can't say enough good things about Dale and Mel, two care givers from Care-on-Call who cared for my elderly father. Dale had been taking care of my dad on the weekends for over a year. We always felt my father had excellent care and he enjoyed her company. When my father came home from the hospital for Hospice care, Dale was an amazing resource for both my father and the family. Dale was attentive to making my father comfortable and helped watch him through the night for the first two days which happened to be the weekend (Dale's normal shift). On Sunday, we realized we needed care for the weekdays because we wanted someone with experience to support us. Dale was already committed to another client. We made a call to Care-on-Call for another Hospice experienced caregiver that could be with us for 24 hours or more. Care-on-Call provided Mel the next morning. Mel, too, was amazing with my dad and the family. Mel stayed with us for 2 full days until my father died. She tended to my dad with great care day and night. We are grateful for the support and care from Dale and Mel during the most difficult days of caring for my dying father.
Care on call provided care service for mom for 4 months. The caregivers were professional, always arrived on time, have patience. They are always accommodating. We are very pleased with their service and grateful.
This home care agency is amazing. We used them for over a month in our community....care staff are amazing! Yani (owner) is very responsive, she was able to find caregivers immediately. Care staff are reliable, honest and professional. I have used many other agencies, I must say this is the best agency I have used so far. They have RN’s and care staff. I highly recommend using Care on Call!!
