Our extended family recently returned from a 12-day trip prepared for us by Mr. Hassan. The itinerary was refined to accommodate the interests and abilities of our group, ranging in ages from 29 to 93. We had a terrific experience in Morocco as a result of his plans and efforts. Every concern was addressed, both in the United States before our trip, and more importantly, in Morocco during our trip. We can not recommend these services more emphatically.

I traveled with African Genesis2 to Morocco on Jul6. Our group used Casablanca Travel and Tours and it was one of the best tour companies I have used. Not my first time to Morocco but this was certainly more outstanding, Our tour operator, Hassan Samrhouni, was the best!! He made sure all of the group’s needs and requests were met. Hassan went above and beyond to ensure our group received an informative tour and experienced a memorable trip! The bus was clean and the drivers were very pleasant. I normally do all of my own travel planning and rarely use a travel agency. Naturally, I was quite apprehensive traveling to Morocco with family and friends with Casablanca Travel and Tours. All my apprehensions vanished within minutes of meeting Hassan Samrhouni (owner of Casablanca Tours) at the Casablanca airport. He came personally to receive our group of 23 people! Hassan tailored our trip so we could see and do all we wanted to see and do in Morocco. I have come back with great memories of the beautiful riads that we stayed at, the most delicious Moroccan cusine that we ate, and the beautiful places we visited but my fondest and lifelong memories will always be of the people that I met; Younes (national guide), Murad (bus driver), Jamal(helper), all the local city guides, the most amazing staff at the riads and the people that I met in the streets. Morocco is a beautiful country of beautiful people and I was able to experience it at its best due to the efforts of Hassan Samrhouni of Casablanca Travel and Tours. This was the first of the many trips to Morocco that I plan to undertake with Hassan. I recommend him and his agency to anyone planning to tour Morocco.

Our recent trip to Morrocco was one of the most memorable experiences our family has had. Every detail of the trip was planned to perfection by Hassan and we were treated like royalty from the time we landed in Casablanca till the time of our departure. A lot of thought and effort had been put into picking the best possible team of guides, driver and assistants. The Riads Hassan picked for us to stay in were beautiful and comfortable, with the staff being very attentive to our every need, we still miss our daily scrumptious breakfasts. The entire itinerary was put together with all of our interests in mind and we got a wonderful feel for the country’s history and culture. We will definitely be planning another trip through Hassan again soon.

My wife and I had two amazing trips to Morocco hosted and arranged by Casablanca Travel & Tours.The first trip, a year ago for two weeks, took us through all the major cities on the Mediterranean side of the country - Casablanca, Fes, Marrakech, et al. The service provided by this agency was phenomenal. The itinerary was fine tuned between my wife and Hassan - the best ryads and hotels with superb rooms and views - particularly the inner courtyards of the ryads. Guides were provided in each city and a driver stayed with us throughout. Totally thoughtful - every time the Mercedes van stopped, Beligh was there to open the door and help us out. We never touched our luggage outside of the accommodations. On top of the incredible personal service, Morocco is a fascinating place. We visited mosques and synagogues, academies and viewpoints. Don't miss the blue city whose name I cannot spell. We were not used to such luxury and attention to detail - Compared to Tauk Tours, which are top of the line, this was a major step up and about the same cost without the buses and all the other people in the tour groups..Definitly the way to go. And we loved the country and our experiences, the architecture and the people to the point that we returned last month (December, 2024) to visit the rest of the country to the South and along the Atlantic coast, up into the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara. Even played a round of golf and drove dune buggies to the top of the giant dunes to watch the sun go down over the desert. Quite a memory!! The service and the attention to detail if anything, was even better on this second trip for 17 days. We visited the Atlas Film studio sets including those for Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and Cleopatra, had lunch served on a beach with a table, umbrella and chairs setup just for us - and out selection of fresh oysters just plucked from the Atlantic, a squid we picked out for calamari, with fish and prawns also fresh from the sea. After the oysters, our selected luncheon with fresh grilled vegetables was served as if we were royalty supping at our own private beach with a view of the fishing boats coming in to be hauled up on the sans. Just a small example - a snapshot - of a remarkable few hours. And crazy as it may sound, we stopped at a small restaurant attached to a gas station and ate the most tasty and well prepared meat tagines while sitting in the garage parking lot. Anyway, that is just a sampling from the sublime to the seemingly ridiculous. Morocco is like that. The people we met, the places we visited and stayed felt safe, secure and welcoming. The vistas and architecture similarly rememberable. So, a ten star experience - completely and sincerely recommended. Jesse Cunitz and my substantially better half, Faith Goldstein. January 4, 2025.

Our group of 30 people just concluded a 9 day tour of Morocco with Casablanca Travel and Tours. They are the best! Our experience was outstanding! Very reliable and professional. Everything went smoothly and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help us enjoy our visit. The owner/operator, Hassan Samhrouni, is the Ambassador of Hospitality. The Casablanca Travel and Tours is a well known and very established traveling agency. The owner and travel agent Hassan is astonishing. The people of Morocco show him and his travelers warm hospitality and much respect wherever they go. Hassan was able to manage and accommodate for a group of 30+ college students and faculty members for a week long Moroccan Adventure. The study abroad was jam packed with historical architecture visits and informal lectures by 3 different tour guides. The choices of Hotels and Riads were great and our drivers were amazing at making our drives across country comfortable. If you’re needing a traveling agency who you can trust to take care of all of your needs you’ve got the right company.

What an amazing vacation to an incredible country planned so well by Hassan. It was beautiful from every aspect - the cities, the landscape, the people, the culture, and of course, the delicious food. Thank you for showing us a glorious Morocco in such a wonderful way. Every city had its character and depth and we thoroughly enjoyed each one of them. The hotels and Riads were perfect. We particularly want to mention Baligh who drove us from city to city for 14 days. Besides being very good at his job, he was patient, caring, considerate, attentive and an all around wonderful human being we are blessed to have met. We are all very thankful for every little detail you planned for us and grateful for the unforgettable enriching experience for our family.

I booked a last-minute trip to Morocco for our family after talking to Hassan a couple of times on the phone. We had a wonderful 7 day visit, and got a great sense of the history, culture, and geography of the country. Hassan organized the trip, using local contacts and sources in the country. I found my interactions with Casablanca Travel and Tours to be honest and honorable. I would book with Hassan without hesitation. Recognize that with international travel occasional snafus are expected, but that Hassan and his contacts in the country will be available to take care of things if these occur.
