Cato Fashions

I've always been a fan of Catos. It been over a year since I'd been into a clothing store. This was my first time at this particular Catos. It was very nice and clean and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Sarah was awesome! She was extremely helpful. I recently lost weight and wasn't sure what size I wore and went through countless of clothes and she was close and readily available to help me and always kept a smile on her face. I'll definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was for the meager selection. Hopefully they'll stock back up soon!

I went in to this Cato location store and was met with a very friendly sales clerk named Robin who was very courteous and helpful. There is always lots to love about the clothing at Cato as it is on trend and reasonably priced. They also have Clearance racks and you can pick up clothes cheap. Highly recommend Robin to help you get started.

Cato is my favorite store. I buy all my clothes here. New styles all the time so if you don’t see anything you like, give it a week and check back!

A lot to choose from, a variety this time of year. Store was full of very colorful items for spring and Easter. Very good visit this time around.

Western Center Blvd. Today was my first time in Cato‘s in quite some time. I almost forgot why I stop shopping here until today. When I walked into the store and in front of me was a sales associate putting up clothing. She never said hello but walked right in front of me. I began looking around the store thinking that maybe she was just having a bad day. But while I was shopping I noticed I could hear voices all over the store greeting people welcoming them into the store & even thanking them for coming in as some left. I did not have to wonder why that was. I was the only black person there. I would not recommend this store at all.

This store is very prejudice. The workers didn’t speak to me coming in the store but they followed me around in circles while shopping. Every time I picked something up someone will take it from me and hold the items behind a locked door. They even watched me while looking for a pair of shoes. I walked out the store and left !! This is not way to treat anyone that’s a customer.

I have been to this location before and I was impressed with the customer service that I received. This time was the complete opposite. Unorganized as far as the line to the registers. The cashier didn't even speak when I got to the checkout counter. The only reason I gave two stars is for their selection and sale prices.

This is my favorite store ever. My closet is all Cato and my journey starts at this store. Ask for Tracy, tell her Liz sent you, if she doesn't have your desired item in stock she will find it or order it for you. And if your budget is tight at the moment you better put it on layaway. Just FYI , matching item don't always come together.

First of all poor customer service gives your whole experience a negative. I made it to the counter with my boots and belt in hand no one but me standing there waiting to check out while the “assistant manager” was standing behind the counter fiddling never acknowledged or told me she was waiting, a lady walks up behind me and she then went to assist her with the dressing room and came back still nothing until another lady walked up behind me and she asks her is she ready to check out? I was outdone. I’m standing like, oh I’m sorry I thought I was waiting to check out, the customer says oh you’re fine and she’s sorry, then the Assist. Manager says she was waiting for her to come back to check her out. I asked for the manager information and told her she was very rude by never communicating and left me standing there with just a pair of boots and a belt that would’ve took less than two mins if that to ring up. Ms Jennifer, store manager, I’ll be waiting to speak with you concerning your managers unprofessionalism. I am ticked.

I came for an outfit for my mother's funeral that was the next day. It had been a difficult week. By the time I tried to plan my outfit, I couldn't figure anything out for myself. I just randomly popped in here. I couldn't make sense if what matched what, I was dressed like a white trash slob because I hadn't spoken to a soul on a week and his from the world bcuz the drama surrounding it all... I finally asked the lady, I think she was a manager. Blueberry early 50s late 40s.. I didn't catch her name I apologize. I asked her if they had any long flowing skirts? She took me to this people sections and I explained it was for my mind funeral so maybe to bright. Instantly I think she realized I want exactly all there. I'm sure I shared it but because I have brain damage from a brain injury years back, I'm used to expressing my lack of making sense... Anyways .. she stayed with me, she helped me find sizes and even recommended matching it fits. I didn't even know my size. She made me feel like I mattered at a time I really needed to matter and I want you all to know this. Or world unfortunately had lost it's signature traits for compassion. It once shined so brightly with. I'm also a victim of domestic violence (hense the brain damage) I once made an income that reached almost six figures by myself as a single mother and I have single-handedly had my life taken down by a simple tail light ticket my first ticket I ever got and I was 42 years old at that time It has spiraled out of control I have been abused with strangulation until I black out I've had loaded AR-15s shoved in my forehead finger 1 finger on the trigger and the safety off shaking all because he was angry cuz I called the police for help and I didn't call them I called a shelter who ruined it for me and got me having a shotgun in my head now They don't understand and they do not help all of these grants that go out here to the homeless and the the domestic violence victim and whatever other reasons they say that they send money to the states or whatever it doesn't come to the people who need it So my whole idea in my mind is that the people are genuinely kind because I know that I am too kind I am too naive and I get taken advantage of way too often that's how I end up with bad men that hurt me until I finally get away now I'm in a situation where I've met a malignant narcissist who is narcopath. 2 days before my mother's passing I was pulled over by police for my wrecks but I'd registration and I spent an hour being of your verbally and mentally abused by these police officers I believe my boyfriend was behind it intentionally setting me up because he got in trouble for his own thing and he's trying to put it off of me I can't prove it right now but I will My point is I didn't even get to go to work because I couldn't walk on my feet for 3 days after the police were done with me I'm a white woman single mother my children are grown I'm with a man who has destroyed my ability to make my own money I've gone for help and I've been burned every time and each time I went for help I got hurt worse because they don't follow us when we say we are no ones dealing We are the ones dealing with these guys we know them They think that everyone falls under a statistical reaction and so I just want you to know that I was very down that day I had been down that whole week because I was destroyed by those police and this isn't the first time and it's all over registration I do not have a criminal history I've been arrested three times over this registration spy rolling since the year 2017 when I first got that ticket My car still can't get registered and my story can go on and on my point is The manager lady that helped me and I was there in the evening sometime after 5:00 on the 3rd 20 on the 4th of June 2025 if that helps You figure out who I'm talking about cuz she deserves something because I was ending my life that day I was done I've been beat up by the system for so long and no one's going to ever help me get away from this nightmare I'm in and I just lost my mom TYSM
