Cross dock operation. Look for the address and not Central Transport on the small sign. You will see a carrier there. Sorry, the name doesn't come to mind right now, but if you're a trucker, you'll recognize the name. This is the place. Easy drop and hook. Just check in at the office drop at the assigned door and collect your paperwork on the way out. I think I was there maybe 30 minutes, and that included locating an empty, hooking it, and collecting paperwork. There is plenty of room to maneuver even for the newer driver.
Ordered an office chair through Staples on 8/1, CTI receive the item 8/2. It sits with no activity for several days so I finally get ahold of Staples and it turns out Central Transport received the item and then just didn't move it. My initial estimated delivery date was 8/3, now I'll be without an office chair until 8/7 since this company doesn't even work on the weekend. Moral of the story: If you order something that is time sensitive don't use companies that rely on this company for transport. I would have just as happily driven to Ohio to get the item myself instead of relying on such an irresponsible company.
