Did you know chico is owned by whbm subsidiary companies . They are affiliated with whbm . If you have been following me then you know of my experience with klarna and whbm . Read my reviews of both companies. I have decided to cut all ties with both companies my dollars matter and will only utilize companies that value me as a customer . I wont go into more deals you can read my post . I claim my energy back and I don’t have to use a company with predatory practices. It’s amazing that this company has been known for high quality products and they can be as highly 300.00 you expect them to have great return policy and refund and resolutions. It has been the opposite. So today I chose to walk away and take my money with me . you no longer get to reduce prices on me after a week ago I paid full price for 200.00 and now item price is reduced, you know longer get to tell me reach out to third party company klarna to resolve the issue . Extremely rude sales person named Anne. She is argumentative and condescending. I not only experienced it but witnessed her treat another customer badly during the same visit to the store. She has no respect for customers.
