I used the valet service at Ocean Prime Boston on August 6, 2025, for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. I entrusted them with my Infiniti QX55 (RI plates), and when the car was returned, it was dark, so I didn’t notice anything at the time. The very next morning, I discovered damage to my front bumper that had not been there earlier. I know this because only an hour or two before dinner I had gone through my usual car wash and obtained video footage showing my vehicle was in perfect condition with no damage. The damage occurred during the short time it was in the valet’s possession. When I reached out to the company, I was told they wouldn’t help because I hadn’t reported the damage right on the spot. Their response was dismissive and offered no resolution. I’ve since learned that “City Valet” doesn’t even seem to have a proper office address, and the one listed online is actually a restaurant — which raises serious concerns about accountability
