Liars and Cheaters !!! Stay away from Tony Frer !!! The only thing he can do is take money before he starts working and then not answer the phone or reply to emails. He couldn't get an estimate for a month and always had an excuse. Complete waste of time and money. A terrible fraud. Highly not recommended work with him.
If you get in a repairable accident that’s not your fault, call Tony. You’ll get way more out of insurance then you thought you would. Great service. Great result. Thanks Tony.
My parked car got totalled in a hit and run. Geico's 3rd party CCCOne valuation was about $1,500 below KBB and any comps I could find at my trim level. For under $400, Tony was able to get it appraised quickly and adjusted to much closer to its actual market value, which, even after the fee, still netted me almost $1,000 more than if I had just accepted the Geico payout based on the CCCOne valuation report they subscribe to and use.
As someone who never writes a review online, my experience working with Anthony Frer is worth the time to sit down and write one. I was in need of an appraisal for my truck on a strict timeline, and Tony went above and beyond to put together an impressive one in just a matter of days. It’s difficult to come across people, sometimes, that actually want to help and make the effort to do their job properly. If you are looking to get an appraisal, look no further, Tony is the man for the job.
Tony is a straight shooter no games type of guy! My insurance was playing games and tony worked with me and got everything taken care of. Always answered the phone or replied back to an email which now a days is as rare as someone with common sense. If you need a good to honest no games guy on your side hire tony!
My husband found a 1966 GTO for sale and we contacted Anthony. He explained that he would personally go look at the car, have it up on a lift for a thorough inspection, measure the paint, etc. After sending $663 via Venmo (now we know why he doesn’t accept credit cards) the only thing we ever received was a verbal description of his findings (no photos, videos, inspection reports, etc.) There is nothing that confirms he even looked at the car in person! He then sent a few pictures (2) of the car from the online listing and a few listings that we had already seen online as his comparison findings. Save your money!!! Find a reputable appraiser.

Nothing against Tony but don't go to him for assistance with a diminished value claim. Once you pay ($450) and after he sends you his diminished value evaluation, that's where they communication stops. I received a denial letter from the insurance company essentially tearing apart Tony's logic trying to establish the diminished value of my vehicle. I forwarded the letter to Tony and attempted to contact him twice, to see if he had any advice, no response back. I knew I would get an initial denial from the insurance company but fact that Tony couldn't even respond to an email is BS.
Tony was great! He definitely knew what he was doing, very knowledgable and fast acting. He helped me get more money for my car. Thank you Tony for all your help. I am glad I hired you. Highly recommended!
