I was recently injured in a car accident. I hired Attorney Marcel McCrea of Phillips and McCrea, PLLC in Charlotte, NC to help me with my personal injury matter and to recover for my medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Before hiring the firm, I tried to negotiate with the insurance company on my own and got no where. Marcel McCrea did an excellent job and helped me to recover much more than I expected. Marcel and his staff exceeded my expectations and provided great customer service. I highly recommend the firm!

I had a consultation to have them help me get disability. I was told they couldn’t help me, that my heart condition was not severe enough, that I can still work, just another type of job that wasn’t on my feet. All I wanted to do was speak with the attorney, however the legal assistant I spoke with told me I couldn’t and she said for me to go find work and stop being lazy. I did not appreciate that one bit! Do not do business with this law firm! The paralegals their are obviously not NC state bar certified as the gal I spoke with had no obvious knowledge of legal work! She was super rude and I will never do business with them again!
Marcel McCrea continues to reschedule our 30 mins call last minute without legitimate reasons. We have asked his assistant to provide an explanation and her response was “I don’t know”. Nothing against his assistance as she is just a messenger but we highly recommend going somewhere else for your legal help. We value everyone’s time but clearly the mutual respect isn’t there.

She came to the medication covering her drive cost without getting our documents with her forgetting at home...So all the money we spend on these attorneys they just fool us and make money out of our hard earned money and enjoy there life making our life miserable....most ignorant lawyer.....
