Avoid this business at all costs! Also operates under other names in the same area. Extraordinarily unreliable and unprofessional. Seemingly always eager for new business and willing to promise absolutely anything... However, they frequently do not follow through and clearly prefer to find new targets over serving established clients. The quality of the products is typically good *if* they're actually produced but materials and details often do not match what was ordered. On the off chance they do produce/import the product at all, they accept absolutely no responsibility for delays or errors. The owner/sole employee, Lying Johnny Lee, is extremely unprofessional, highly inattentive (seems like it might be substance related) and lies almost pathologically. Rather than provide straightforward information he repeatedly makes up scenarios and excuses which become increasingly implausible and that he gradually loses track of. Even when called out and told you just need honest, factual information, he seemingly cannot help but continue to lie. Randomly stops answering calls, responding to emails, etc. for literal months at a time ultimately leaving you or your business without product, often well beyond already rescheduled deadlines. Hands down the most unreliable and unprofessional business/individual you could deal with for the products they offer...

I just received a phone call from someone at Colorado Textile. First they accused me of not receiving the templates this AM. They told me I was asking for custom size, so I would have to pay more. I replied that I am ordering a product off the site and it's not custom. I don't need to pay more.They accused me of lying about using a template. Then they said they don't have time for me and Hung up. I tried to call back but they didn't answer. He then sent me a few emails and said that he wasn't interested in doing business with me. I have not received my money back
