Lies, deception and greed. Refuses to let homeowners know where they spend our money. Refuses to let homeowners KNOW that a meeting is taking place to spend said money. Refuses to make any changes that are asked to improve the community -because “it wasn’t in the original plans”(but neither were the extra 5,000 houses built). Has made Jerome Village a never ending development (because they sued the township when we voted to stop the growth). Promise after promise is broken. Take accountability and fix the infrastructure and schools you have destroyed by your selfish ways. Jerome Village residents need to have a voice on your board- enough is enough.
Kathyrn and the Columbus Hospitality team are great to work with. They care deeply about the customer experience and work hard to continuously improve their systems and processes to ensure high guest satisfaction levels.
We are experiencing an unfair, biased review and no transparency by this Columbus Hospitality management at Jerome Village, Plain City, Ohio. We submitted a request for car parking leaf extension. They rejected it outright, after showing some evidences, now saying I can do 10ft, but 10ft car won’t fit. And there are many homes with full car, a home with full driveway by all of the side of the house. No explanation.
Worked here for 7 years. Loved my CHM fam.
