We are visiting from NC and decided to try the Experience Columbus Coffee “hop”! On the last day of our trip, upon finishing our hops, we went to the Experience Columbus Arena Office, only to find it wasn’t open; however, the kind and considerate staff who happened to be working on-site today, allowed us to complete our experience on a very positive note. Thank you for a great family adventure!
The people here greeted me warmly and wanted to help share the best that Columbus had to offer, from the more well-known attractions to lesser known favorites of theirs. It was clear that they knew and loved the city, and wanted to share. The welcome center is well situated on N High Street and looks really nice inside. I happily recommend people to visit here for information, whether they are new to the city or have been here a bit and want ideas for spots to visit. (There was also Columbus themed merchandise available here too).
Super friendly staff! If it’s your first time in Columbus I definitely recommend stopping in. We got some great suggestions on things to do while we were in town! Plus there is a super cute mural for a photo op!
This was a super helpful place to go! Really kind staff that helped me with activities to do, and they sell a lot of fun Columbus gear. If you're in Columbus whether it be for a work trip or a vacation, I would recommend stopping by!
When Looking for things to do in the city this the place to visit. Great service convenient hours. Parking can be an adventure so remember to feed the meter
Great store if youve never been to Columbus. They have merchandise for sell and this store is awesome.
