Good people, great atmosphere. I enjoy going there day in and day out. I never wait for a dock and they have clean bathrooms. The equipment seems to run great and they seem to get you in and out of there. As an LTL truck driver, I can appreciate that.
Consistent problems. Many folks I've talked to are friendly but we have the same problems with contact over and over again since moving offices. Coming ok 2 years if inconsistent and low quality service. Heads up: everything is someone else's fault at Contact Cartage. I've called in. I've talked to the folks shipping through them. Nothing makes a lasting difference. Better service for the next order and then back to 'normal'. We have 'scheduled delivery' and 'inside delivery' programmed in to every single delivery we do. It is on every BOL. Yet 1-5x month contact cartage drivers show up unscheduled, outside of work hours, tell my staff therly don't have a BOL, tell my staff they weren't told to schedule or do inside delivery, leave the pallets and products in my buildings hallway or parking lot. So far the only way I've found to get straight answers and the service I am paying for is to take over receiving myself, insist to see every BOL first thing and call managers at the company we are ordering from & at contact cartage for every delivery. Tired of this. Unprofessional.

Very unprofessional driver! Truck 04 on 10/5/22 WB 94 @ approx 12pm cut me off, then proceeded to flip me off when I went around him. Proceeded to exit onto county hwy 81. I have photo and video evidence, Google will not publicly show this review with the photo attached.

Contact Cartage is always my local go to shipper. They pick up when they say they will and deliver when they say they will. Very easy to work with.

WORSE COMPANY EVER, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAITING 2 DAYS FOR A PALLET TO GET PICKED UP !!!! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!
