Greg Tomchin has been our attorney for about 5 years now. I went to at least 6 or more attorneys prior to finding Mr. Tomchin & none of them could do anything to help me & only took my money! Mr. Tomchin knows real estate law & is honest even during difficult times! He has taken care of numerous issues & even won a lawsuit for us that all of the other attorneys I went to had no knowledge about even though they advertised & said they practiced in this area. I trust this attorney with everything I need & if he couldn't help me, I feel confident that he would send me to someone who could! My family will always use Greg Tomchin for all of our legal needs & I highly recommend him! My husband says "He is the man for the job" very smart, professional, & always with integrity. You couldn't ask for a better attorney & trust me I tried many before 2 separate Charlotte attorneys recommended that I see Greg for what I was needing & I'm so thankful & blessed to have found him! After reading the other reviews I felt it was necessary to share this heart breaking story. My friend who is a senior citizen, on disability & intellectually compromised had an encounter with Micheal Allen. His very good friend & roommate for whom he cared for did not leave a will before his passing. His last wishes were for my friend to inherit his home as long as his dog was cared for. Michael Allen was appointed to oversee the Estate. The man that passed did not have any living relatives that he knew. I witnessed Micheal Allen promise my friend that he was unsure of the outcome of this situation but would update him of any changes. My friend called Allen several times up until the beginning of the year & was told there were no updates & that the courts were backed up & it would be a while. This all turned out to be lies. My friend received a call recently from a realtor that he had to vacate the premises by August. After some investigation I received a copy of a court order that Allen filed in November of last year. Distant heirs were located that never had any connection to his deceased friend. I understand the laws but the unethical, lack of integrity & heartlessness of this man needs to be questioned. My friend may find himself homeless because he may not have enough time to find affordable housing. There are hundreds of good lawyers in the area please beware of the practices of this law firm.
This practice lacked experience in successfully closing a real estate transaction. I would choose another firm that stays abreast on issues affecting the industry and consistently employs processes to protect their client's best interests. You shouldn't have to question the integrity of your attorney.
Charles Cranford is the best in the business. Expert Commercial Real Estate Attorney. Highly recommend his services. Also a fine christian man.
