Reasonably priced, quality coffee! Tucked away in nw. Rode my bike there, seemed fitting. Small collection of bike attire for sale.
If aethestics and general atmosphere is your thing, then you will love this place. It has a real industrial and old/retro look to it, and the flora/plant life of the front sidewalk cannot be beat. Absolutely great cup of hot cocoa, and pleasant connection with the baristas. The music wasn't way too loud; it was an easy place to talk. All of this near to the ominous double decker gargantuan 405 bridge and you get a really nice surreal experience.
Wow! What a gem! I popped in to grab a Too Good To Go bag, but I also got a cold brew, tomato soup, and a grilled cheese. The shop itself is adorable. Love the atmosphere! My cold brew was outstanding, and both the soup and the sandwich were delicious. Impeccable service! The people who work there are delightful. Definitely check this place out!
You can feel the love and expertise flowing from the coffee and the baristas here. Excellent service. Excellent drinks. Very calming atmosphere. The baristas were flexible, knowledgeable, and keen on making my large order go as smoothly as possible, even lending me a large basket to transport my carriers in. I can say after making constant commercial coffee runs to several cafe's in the area over the last few weeks ~ I'd certainly recommend Cycle Town Roasters before any other company in NW PDX ☕
Super chill spot, second time here, at 1030am on a Saturday. Guessing they might be busier during the week? If you're at Playdate pdx nearby and need a real espresso drink, come check these folks out. I appreciate being asked light or dark roast cause I like to taste the coffee in my cappuccino. Will remember this moment of refuge from the kiddo/parent madness this Saturday morning. Thank you! Would be a great place to get some work done or read. Lots of different seating options: counter/bar stools, tables, a couch, and a back area with counter/bar stools. Not a big spot, but good use of space and they roast on site, right in the back. ✨

I ordered a 5lb bag of the pearl district blend it was supposed to be a medium dark roast, it was very over roasted and so oily that I kept having to help the beans feed in to the grinder. It reminded me of the coffee you are sold in the grocery store sliding down the clear tubes stuck to the sides with oil. The bag arrived in about a week and a half without a roast date. After talking to the company they asked if they could send a replacement, I agreed, the replacement wasn't much better still very far from med-dark. I am leaving this review on Google because cycle town coffee removed my review from their website.
Didn't eat her.... yet, but love the vibe, good rock and roll, and the cool place with vibes. The barrista was friendly, fast and helpful.
