I contacted Dallas Lemon Law Experts in February seeking assistance with an issue related to my truck. After the initial call, I was asked to provide supporting documentation for attorney review, which I promptly submitted. Over the following week, I made three separate follow-up calls. Each time, I was transferred between multiple individuals, ultimately being told that someone would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or status update. Given the lack of responsiveness, I decided to move on. Nearly a month later, on March 17, 2026, I received an unexpected call from their office regarding my case. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the prior lack of communication, as I had not heard from a single attorney. After multiple apologies, I was assured that someone would contact me at 2:00 PM the same day. I adjusted my schedule accordingly. However, no one called. This review is not written out of frustration alone, but to highlight a fundamental concern: respect for a client’s time and expectations. Based on my experience, the level of communication and follow-through demonstrated does not align with the standard I would expect from legal professionals entrusted to advocate on my behalf.

I called on Tuesday. Never received a call from a lawyer. I just spoke to a representative that sounded confused. She addressed me by the wrong name, wrong state, wrong vehicle (three times) after I had explained to her that she has her callers confused. I only called to see when I’d get ahold of a Lemon law lawyer. For her to than ask, what’s the type of lawyer I’m seeking for my case…. Very unprofessional. She said she’ll have someone call me back but never took down my number. Also, the first person I spoke to Tuesday, nothing but attitude. When I spoke to said representative, I introduced myself and asked if their lawyers do probono for lemon law cases and she immediately said with an attitude “I can start with your first and last name.” The whole conversation just bad

I just tried to make an appointment and Jonathan the one who took the call was so nasty and so nasty and so nasty that definitely I will not recommend this office. If he was that nasty when I only attempted to make an appointment, that means they are nasty. They don’t care about the customer. when I contacted the phone number all I heard was a lot of background noise and I asked him if I was calling an actual firm or a calling center And he got upset and he said what was the problem with that?? Don’t trust a place in which someone is that nasty when you only ask a simple question. And the reason why I ask if I was calling a call center is because I was trying to obtain an appointment and he asked me. Are you here in California?
