Rented a trailer from them and they won't fix their trailer when it broke down. All their trailers are old, but they still rent them out. The employees are not straightforward people. Stay alway from them and rent from other companies.
Been working with Dart brokerage team for almost 2 years. lanes are consistent and fair. My rep Katie is amazing, very helpful and communication is great!
I paid $2815.38 for a Dart trailer repair in July of this year. I have yet to be reimbursed for this amount in 4 months. I can not even get in contact with someone to speak directly to about my concern. As a Owner Operator, losing that kind of money critical to my business. But broker does not care. I honestly hate posting negative reviews of companies but I'm left with no choice. Do not ever use a Dart trailer even if your life depended on it.
Good brokerage partner to have as an asset-based carrier. Fair rates, quick resolution on issues, paid in a timely manner and Nur is a pleasure to work with!
Don't lease a truck from these people. They said drive like a boss, but that's a lie. They want to run you like a company driver and it don't supposed to be like that. If you lease a truck, it is to run and drive your way, not their way. You have been warned ⚠️

Rude people, not worth working with , ask them a question they will just hang up on your, when you called them back they say its regular business practice for them
Did a load for Tanner Hamill, we went to deliver a load in Davenport IA the receiver had us down for a 8:30am appointment, my truck showed up at 8am, the receiver somehow did not check in my truck, so I kept talking to Tanner and he said just to wait they will get him he will pay detention, then he started lying about what the receiver said how my truck is next when in fact I was on the line with the shipper my truck was not next since it was never checked in, so he was lying the whole time and when I asked for his managers information he refused to give me any info!
Very good people to work with and very competitive on their rates to haul for them!
