I enjoyed having Brunch with my girlfriends there. We had a good time...and we will be back again.

Everything looks great and chase is the best of bar tenders around very punctual and gets the job done

I found this place on TikTok… IT’S EVERYTHING!! Came to Jacksonville for a day trip. From the time we walked in the Atmosphere, Service, Food and Drinks were so Good. Customer service was a 10! We sat at the bar. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had high hopes How unfortunate The music was extremely loud that I couldn’t even have a regular conversation with my partner. I was touching knees with him and still wasn’t able to hear him, and there was barely anybody in the restaurant in order for the music to be loud. I’m a Wednesday night I was served a rotten potato !!! They do not have regular cutlery. All they have is plasticware. Which I had to ask for and was given to you after the food was served to my table. They also didn’t have crackers to crack the crab legs?! Food was seasoned a bit but the food was laying in a piece of wax or parchment paper inside of an aluminum tin basket the paper absorbed the garlic butter, barely any sauce. I was told that the plumbing was out of order so I couldn’t use the bathroom. They We’re mopping the floor while we were still eating. That’s not all I was given a $10 discount for the rotten potato. I was served, but then was still charged a service charge and I was told it was for the kitchen and not gratuity. I’ve never heard of a restaurant charging a service charge for their kitchen staff? $16 daiquiri that wasn’t even strong. As we were eating, we were then sitting in the dark all of a sudden because the lights were turned off not sure if the manager knew we were still eating, but she did apologized for turning off the lights. I guess she wasn’t aware of her surroundings. That was the only time the manager came to the table was to apologize about the lights. Ridiculously priced food and atmosphere combined. my money will be going elsewhere Wish I Would’ve had a better date night.

Food- I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic parmesan fries. My wings were fried way too hard and had no taste or seasoning, and my fiance ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and he was very disappointed 😔 the drinks were watered down. Our server was horrible she never came back to any of her tables. We never got refills or asked did we want anything else by her. We had to go ask the bartender for another drink. The bartender tried her very best to make things right with everything that was going wrong with our first experience. They need extra staff during happy hour, my opinion. Worst experience ever, I don't think we will be going back 😪

I waited over a hour for 10 wings and fries and after I told them to cash me out on the drinks my food came out. The wings were dry with sprinkles of lemon pepper that I could barely taste and the fries were burnt. I was just over it. I dont see what all the hype is and they are definitely over priced. I dont mind paying for good food but that was not worth it

My first experience at D'bos was disappointing. If i battle with the notion to request to speak with a manager, i'd say thats a problem. Basically i was argued with about my order which came out wrong. I asked direct questions about the sauces because i dont like spicy and evem asked the bartender the color of the sauce. She entered what i did not order (we had to scream to each other to be heard, they have a dj) i take a bite and my mouth was on fire for at least 15 min. She proceeds to tell me thats what i ordered and when she brought my replacement the wings had the sauce on the side and she proceeds to tell me the kitchen put it on the side bc " they arent going to make them again" excuse me? It really rubbed me the wrong way so when she takes them back they return with them sauced, new wings apparently bc the old ones fell..and there were only 8 wings on my plate. It was supposed to be ten..She then tells me i took a bite out of one so texhnically im missing just one. If that's how they treat their customers i dont have high hopes for the spot..the prices are a little outrageous for the products..but the atmosphere and drinks were good. The food was good but the process i went through to get my food was ridiculous. A suggestion would be when you have loud music have your employees verify ppls orders to avoid situations like this.

I recently visited and the location was great. The food was great and the service good. My server was great. I will definitely return. The frozen drinks was great, but pricey (only one size 16oz.) I will definitely return. Also, I was happy that it wasn't too busy that I was able to get great service.

I wouldn't have ordered cocktails had I known there were going to be served in nightclub size cups. Was told we had to close out our bill prior to food arriving. In spite of those issues, was a nice atmosphere and good music.

I had the catfish. Sooo good! They have a garlic sauce they make. It was fried well and really juicy on the inside. They also have a good dbos seasoning that I like. I would come again.
